- Unpack the scale and insert the 2x AA batteries provided into the rear compartment.
- Suspend the scale securely from a stable, load-bearing anchor point using the top steel ring.
- Press the 'ON/TARE' button to power on the device. Wait for the screen to display '0.0 kg'.
- If using a sling or container, hang it on the bottom hook and press 'TARE' to zero the display.
- Carefully attach your load to the hook. The weight will display on the LCD. Press 'HOLD' to lock the reading if required.
